My name is Dixie Lincoln-Nichols. I started my professional career as a biology and health science teacher. 

In 2012, I resigned from my position and had myself an Eat, Pray, Love moment, embarking on a self-care sabbatical in search of my true passion. 

a Bit ABout Me 

Magical may sound like a bit much for some. But when you can take nothing and turn it into something, that's magic. So I'm magical. 

Maya Angelou said, “Most people don't grow up. Most people age. They find parking spaces, honor their credit cards, get married, have children, and call that maturity. What that is, is aging.” Aging is inevitable and ok. But growing up is encouraged.

I love living in my purpose, road trips and traveling, using and paying my credit cards, marriage and the freedom to wander,  doting on my kids, trying and failing or succeeding, and embracing aging.  I'm growing up and loving it!!

There's no hat hanging, background fading or sitting on shelves over here. Welcome to my 50+ live in living color.

I am the founder of Inside Outer Beauty Market, a clean beauty retailer and Pause Phase, an ingestible brand for people experiencing perimenopause and post-menopause.

I guide workshops on menopause in the workplace. I also facilitate self-care and menopause workshops for small groups. You can also find me moderating and speaking on panels about clean beauty, well aging and wellness, within.
